El Grupo believes all youth should have access to bicycles. As a “shorts and t-shirt program,” kids are welcome as they are — regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, ability, immigrant status, socioeconomic status, or sexual identity. The program provides everything needed — bikes, helmets, snacks, bilingual coaches, and free or reduced-fee programming — so every child can experience the transformative power of cycling.
